Urdu Academy of North America introduces ten young Urdu poets

The Urdu Academy of North America dedicated its April 21, 2024 literary event to the life and work of ten young Urdu poets: Afkar Alwi, Tehzeeb Hafi, Ammar Iqbal, Ali Zaryoon, Imran Aami, Rehman Faris, Afzal Khan, Shahid Zaki and Itbaf Abrak. 
The event was held at the Chandni Restaurant, Newark CA.
Anjum Zishaan and Mohammad Zishaan were co-hosts of the event.
Tasadduq Husain Attari, Adil Ashari, Ali Khan, Abdus Sattar Ghazali, Zeba Rizvi, Zafar Alam Zaidi, Saima Firdous, Nasreen Khan, Arshad Rashid, and Suraiya Jabeen recited the poetry of the young Urdu poets.
This is not the first time that the Urdu Academy had a program about ten Young Poets.The Academy had a similar event in October 2022 that drew wide applause.
